Pumping, installation, repairs and plumbing from a Kingman crew that has been working on Mohave County systems for 33 years. Straight answers, a price before we start, and the job finished properly.
What we do
Rural properties run on their own systems out here. We install them, we service them, and we fix them when they quit.
Scheduled pumping and clean-outs for homes, rentals, ranches and commercial properties across Mohave County.
New on-site wastewater systems designed, permitted and installed to Mohave County and ADEQ requirements.
Diagnosis and repair of failing systems, plus transfer-of-ownership inspections when a property changes hands.
Blocked, slow or broken lines cleared and repaired, from a single kitchen drain to a full main line replacement.
Everyday repairs and remodel work by a licensed crew that has been serving Kingman homes since 1993.
Service work for restaurants, shops, parks and rural commercial properties that run on their own systems.
Why Kingman calls J & J
J & J Plumbing has been working on septic systems and plumbing around Kingman since 1993. That is 33 years of knowing which soil out past Golden Valley drains and which does not, which subdivisions were built on undersized tanks, and what Mohave County will and will not approve.
When you call, you get our office, not a dispatcher in another state. When a tech comes out, they tell you what is actually wrong rather than quoting you a replacement for a problem a riser and a new lid would solve.
We are a listed Mohave County contractor for on-site wastewater construction, we handle the permitting on new systems, and we stand behind the work after the truck pulls away.
Get a quoteHow it works
Talk to a real person in Kingman, not a call centre three states away.
A licensed tech comes out, finds the tank, and tells you plainly what is going on.
You get the price before any work starts. No surprises when the truck pulls away.
Pumped, repaired or installed, with the paperwork filed where the county needs it.
Service area
Kingman is home base, and we run out to the surrounding communities every week. If your property is off the paved road, that is normal around here. Call with your location and we will confirm we can get to you.
Shop and yard: 3894 N Rainbow Dr, Kingman, AZ 86409.
Sewage at the lowest drain, standing water over the leach field or a smell you cannot place. Do not wait on it. Call the office and we will get a truck scheduled.
Questions
For most Mohave County households the answer is every three to five years, though it depends on tank size and how many people are in the home. A full-time family of four on a 1,000 gallon tank will need service sooner than a seasonal property with two occupants. If you cannot remember the last time it was done, it is time.
Slow drains throughout the house, gurgling in the pipes, sewage smells near the tank or leach field, standing water or unusually green grass over the drain field, and backups in the lowest fixtures. Any one of these is worth a call before it turns into a replacement.
Yes. New installations and replacements in Mohave County require permitting through Development Services, and we take care of that paperwork as part of the job so you are not chasing forms.
We cover Kingman and the surrounding Mohave County communities, including Golden Valley, Valle Vista, Dolan Springs, Chloride, Hackberry, Yucca and out toward Bullhead City. Give us a call with your location and we will confirm.
Yes. A transfer-of-ownership inspection tells you the real condition of the tank and drain field before you sign, which matters a great deal on rural properties where a replacement system is a significant expense.

J & J Plumbing LLC respects the privacy of every person who visits this website, calls our office or asks us to come out to a property. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this site, why we collect it, how we use it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. It applies to this website only. Information you give us over the phone, in person or on a signed work order is handled under the same principles but is governed by our normal business records practices.
The information we collect falls into two groups. The first is information you choose to give us, which is the name, telephone number, email address, property address and job description you type into our contact or request a quote form. The second is technical information that is recorded automatically by our web server when any browser loads a page, including the IP address, the browser and operating system, the pages requested, the time of the request and the referring page if there was one.
We use the information you give us for one purpose, which is to respond to you about the work you are asking about. That means calling or emailing you back, scheduling a visit, preparing a quote, ordering parts or materials for your job, and keeping a record of the work once it is complete. We do not use your details to build a marketing profile, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise make your personal information available to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We have never done this and we do not intend to. The only parties who see your information are the people in our office and in the field who need it to do the job, and the service providers described in the next paragraph.
Like almost every business, we rely on a small number of outside service providers to operate. These include our web hosting company, which stores this website and its server logs, and our email provider, which delivers the messages sent through the contact form. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Where a job requires it, we may also share the property address and scope of work with a county permitting office, a materials supplier or a subcontractor, because the work cannot be completed otherwise.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a court order, or by a regulatory body such as the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or Mohave County Development Services, and where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, to investigate suspected fraud, or to protect the safety of any person.
We keep enquiry records for as long as there is a live possibility of the work going ahead, and we keep completed job records for as long as Arizona law and our insurance and warranty obligations require. Installation and permitting records for on-site wastewater systems are kept longer than general enquiries because they may be needed years later when a property is sold or a system is serviced. Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then discarded.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information in our care. This website is served over an encrypted connection, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and our devices are password protected. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send payment card details, bank details or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will. Requests of this kind should be made by telephone or by email using the contact details on this site, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
This website is intended for property owners, tenants, agents and businesses, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will remove it.
This website may contain links to other sites, for example a county department, a manufacturer or a mapping service. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. When you follow a link away from this site, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of the site you arrive at.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the way we operate or changes in the law. The current version is always the one shown on this page. If you have a question about how your information is handled, please call our office and ask for the owner.
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones this website uses, what they do and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more generally how we handle information about the people who contact us.
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your computer, tablet or phone. When you return to the site, the browser sends the file back, which allows the site to recognise the device and remember certain things about the previous visit. Cookies cannot read other files on your device, cannot carry software and cannot identify you by name on their own.
Cookies are usually described as either session cookies or persistent cookies. A session cookie exists only while the browser window is open and is deleted when you close it. A persistent cookie stays on the device for a set period or until you delete it. They are also described as first party cookies, set by the site you are visiting, or third party cookies, set by another domain whose content appears on the page.
This website is built as a small set of self-contained pages and uses as few cookies as possible. Strictly necessary items are used to keep the site working correctly, for example to remember that you have already dismissed a notice during the current visit, or to protect the contact form against automated submissions. These cannot be switched off without breaking the part of the site they support.
We may use a basic analytics measurement to understand how many people visit the site, which pages are looked at most, and whether people are finding us on a phone or a desktop computer. This information is used in aggregate to decide what to add to the site. It tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
We do not use advertising cookies on this website. We do not run retargeting pixels, we do not build audience lists from your visit, and we do not sell information about your browsing to advertising networks. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
If we embed content from another provider, for example a map showing our location or a video, that provider may set its own cookies when the content loads. We have no control over those cookies and they are governed by the provider's own policy. Where possible we avoid embedding third party content, or we load it only after you choose to interact with it.
Every modern browser lets you see the cookies that have been stored, delete them individually or all at once, block cookies from particular sites, and block third party cookies entirely. These controls are usually found under Settings, then Privacy or Security. The help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all describe the process for that browser.
You should know that blocking all cookies affects many websites, not just this one. Pages may load more slowly, forms may stop working correctly, and sites you sign in to may ask you to sign in repeatedly. Blocking cookies on this site will not prevent you from reading any of the information on it or from calling us.
You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which starts with no cookies and discards them when the window is closed. This is a simple way to visit the site without leaving anything stored on the device afterwards.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not use any tracking that would be affected by it, so no separate action is required on our part. We also do not attempt to re-identify visitors through browser fingerprinting or similar techniques.
We review this policy when we make changes to the site. If you have a question about cookies, or you want to know exactly what is stored when you visit, please contact our office using the telephone number or the form on this website.
This Legal Notice sets out the terms on which J & J Plumbing LLC makes this website available, the limits of the information published here, and the basis on which that information may be relied upon. Please read it before acting on anything you have read on these pages.
This website is published by J & J Plumbing LLC, a licensed Arizona limited liability company operating from Kingman, Arizona, serving Kingman and the surrounding communities of Mohave County. Our business address, mailing address, telephone number and office hours are published on this site and are the correct way to reach us.
The content of this site is provided for general information. It describes the kinds of work we do and the areas we cover so that you can decide whether to call us. It is not an inspection, a diagnosis, an engineering opinion or a quotation, and it is not a substitute for having a licensed contractor look at your property.
Septic systems, sewer connections and plumbing installations are governed by Arizona Department of Environmental Quality rules, by Mohave County Development Services requirements, and by applicable building and plumbing codes. Those requirements change over time and they vary by parcel, soil condition, lot size, water table and existing infrastructure. Nothing on this site should be read as confirmation that a particular approach is permitted on a particular property.
No quotation, price, timeline or scope of work is created by this website. A binding arrangement between us arises only when we have seen the property or the job in question, issued a written quotation or work order, and you have accepted it. Any figure mentioned in general terms on this site is indicative of typical work and is not an offer.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. Service descriptions, coverage areas and availability can change. If something on this site matters to a decision you are making, please confirm it with us directly by telephone.
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, J & J Plumbing LLC excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit and property damage. Nothing in this notice limits liability for the work we actually perform, which is governed by our contract with you and by applicable law.
All text, layout, graphics, photographs, icons and arrangement on this site are the property of J & J Plumbing LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view the site, print a page for your own use and share a link to it. You may not copy the content onto another site, reproduce it commercially or present it as your own without written permission.
The business name J & J Plumbing and any associated marks are used in connection with our business in Arizona. Other names, marks and logos that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe products or standards we work with. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement in either direction.
Where this site links to another website, that link is provided for convenience. We have no control over the content of linked sites, we do not endorse them, and we accept no responsibility for anything you find there or for any dealings you have with them.
This website and this notice are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising out of the use of this site is subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona. If any part of this notice is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
Questions about this notice, about the content of this site, or about anything published here that appears to be incorrect should be directed to our office using the contact details on this site, and we will deal with them promptly.
J & J Plumbing LLC wants this website to be usable by everyone in our community, including customers who are blind or have low vision, customers who are deaf or hard of hearing, customers with limited dexterity, and customers using older equipment or slow rural connections. This statement explains what we have done, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us about a problem.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the recognised international standard and are organised around four principles: that content must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We treat them as the benchmark for this site rather than as a box to tick once.
The site is built as straightforward HTML with a logical heading structure, so a screen reader can move through a page in a sensible order and a user can jump between sections. Landmarks identify the header, the main content, the navigation and the footer. Lists are marked up as lists and buttons are marked up as buttons.
Every control on the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. The tab order follows the visual order of the page, the focused element is always clearly outlined, and dialogs can be closed with the Escape key as well as with a pointer. There are no controls that require a mouse, a drag gesture or a hover to operate.
We have chosen colours that keep text and background well separated, and we have checked the main combinations against the contrast ratios the guidelines require. We do not rely on colour alone to carry meaning, so where a colour signals something, a word or an icon says the same thing.
Text on the site is set in relative units and reflows when it is enlarged, so you can zoom to two hundred percent or increase the default text size in your browser without content being cut off or overlapping. The layout adapts to narrow screens, which also makes it easier to read at large text sizes on a desktop computer.
Images that carry information have descriptive alternative text, and images that are purely decorative are marked so that assistive technology passes over them rather than announcing them. Icons used alongside headings and buttons are accompanied by visible text rather than standing alone.
Form fields on this site have visible labels that stay in place when you type, are programmatically associated with their field, and are grouped logically. Required fields are identified in text as well as visually, and error messages describe what needs to be corrected rather than simply marking the field red.
We avoid content that moves, flashes or plays on its own. There is nothing on this site that flashes more than three times a second, nothing that starts playing audio without being asked, and no carousel that advances before you have finished reading it.
Accessibility is not a finished job. Some areas we are still working on include richer descriptions for diagrams, further testing with a range of screen readers and browsers, and ensuring that any third party content added in future meets the same standard. Where we embed content from another provider, we may not be able to control its accessibility, and we will say so.
If you cannot access something on this site, or you find a page that is difficult to use with your equipment, please tell us. Call our office during business hours or send a message using the contact details on this site, and describe the page and the problem. We will respond, and in the meantime we will give you the information you were looking for by telephone or in writing.
We can also provide information from this website in another format on request, including large print or a read-aloud summary over the phone. Nobody should have to struggle with a web page to find out whether we can pump their tank, so please just call us and we will help.
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website. By browsing the site or submitting a form on it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. Work we carry out at a property is governed by the written quotation, work order and any separate agreement signed for that job.
You may use this site to learn about our services, to find our contact details, to read our service area and to send us a legitimate enquiry about work you want done. You may print or save pages for your own reference and you may share links to them freely.
You may not use this site to send unsolicited commercial messages, to harvest contact details for a mailing list, to submit false or misleading enquiries, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the server it runs on, to introduce malicious code, or to place an unreasonable load on our systems through automated requests.
When you submit the contact form you confirm that the information you have given is accurate and that you are entitled to request work at the property you have named. Please do not submit someone else's contact details without their knowledge, and please do not submit payment card numbers, bank details, social security numbers or similar sensitive information through the form.
A message sent through this site is an enquiry, not a booking, and not an emergency service request. We answer enquiries during business hours. If you have an active leak, a sewage backup or any situation that is causing damage right now, call the telephone number on this site rather than using the form, and if there is a risk to health or safety, call the appropriate emergency service first.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Service descriptions set out the kind of work we do, not a commitment to perform any particular job at any particular price. Availability, pricing and scope are confirmed only after we have assessed the property and issued a written quotation or work order.
This website is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, free of viruses, or compatible with every browser and device. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, including during maintenance or redesign.
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, J & J Plumbing LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this website, including loss of data, loss of profit and consequential loss. This limitation does not affect our responsibility for work we have actually contracted to perform.
All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics and code, is owned by or licensed to J & J Plumbing LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, republish, frame, scrape or adapt it for any commercial purpose, or incorporate it into another website, without our written permission.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control, monitor or endorse those sites and we accept no responsibility for their content, their accuracy or their treatment of your information. Following an external link is at your own risk.
We may revise these terms from time to time by updating this page, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. We encourage you to check this page if you are relying on anything stated in it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute relating to them or to this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Questions about these terms can be directed to our office using the contact details on this site.
