Website Design Concept
DOSANJH Plumbing & Heating
An authority-led website concept for a Lower Mainland plumbing and heating specialist, built on permanent fixes and practical BC advice.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for DOSANJH Plumbing & Heating. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with DOSANJH Plumbing & Heating.
At a Glance
The Plumber's Plumber leads the page for DOSANJH Plumbing & Heating, which has served the Lower Mainland since 2006 with residential and commercial plumbing, heating and gas fitting. Our eight-section concept is built around that line: a dark, confident hero, three pillars on experience, permanent solutions and professional-grade work, four detailed service groups, reviews, local coverage, three advice articles, frequently asked questions and a quote form.

The Brief
Calling yourself the plumber's plumber is a bold claim, and a page has to earn it. The brief was to show depth of knowledge, not just a list of services, and to make that expertise useful to a homeowner before any call.
- Make The Plumber's Plumber the headline, then back it up within the first scroll.
- Explain the root-cause approach, so permanent fixes stand apart from band-aid repairs.
- Publish practical BC advice on costs, building code and system choices to show knowledge in action.
- Keep certified gas fitting and emergency response as easy to find as the quote form.
What We Designed
We gave the concept the weight of a specialist firm. A D monogram leads the navigation, which lists Insights and FAQ alongside Services and Reviews. The headline, The Plumber's Plumber, is set in Playfair Display, warm white on a near-black ground, above a promise of permanent solutions that stay solved. Beneath it sit two buttons, Get a Free Quote and Emergency 24/7, with three short figures on experience, rating and availability.
DM Sans in a cool grey-blue carries the longer copy, and copper buttons give the dark palette its only warm accent. Under The Standard Others Are Measured Against, three pillars cover experience from heritage re-piping to modern boilers, permanent root-cause fixes and professional-grade materials. Four service groups follow as detailed lists, then reviews, local coverage, the insights articles, the questions and a closing quote form.
Insights articles
Three guides covering hot water tank replacement costs, heat pumps against furnaces and boilers, and backwater valve code and insurance.
Four service groups
Plumbing and emergency repairs, drain and sewer, water heating and boilers, and certified gas fitting, each with a detailed list.
Root-cause pillar
A section explaining why the team rejects band-aid fixes and aims for problems that stay solved.
Closing quote form
At the foot of the page, a form gathers name, phone, email, the service needed and a message.
How We Achieved It
We made the navigation part of the positioning: Insights and FAQ sit beside Services, Why Us, Reviews and Contact, telling a visitor before they scroll that this team explains its work. The articles take on questions specific to BC homes, about costs, code and insurance, which gives the page useful, search-friendly content beyond the service list.
Every route ends at a quote. The hero offers Get a Free Quote and Emergency 24/7, the phone number closes the navigation and appears in a top bar covering the entire Lower Mainland, and the closing form asks for the essentials plus the service needed. Frequently asked questions sit just before it, settling doubts at the point of decision.
