Website Design Concept
Pro Tree Services
Built to earn trust before a saw goes anywhere near the roof, this concept presents a Surrey crew that takes down risky trees in tight spaces.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Pro Tree Services. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Pro Tree Services.
At a Glance
Hazardous removals, felling, pruning, crown thinning, hedge trimming and stump grinding make up the work of Pro Tree Services across Surrey and the Lower Mainland. Our concept is a ten-section page that leads with the hard jobs, reads more than twenty years of experience through a tree's growth rings, and ends with a quote form that asks for the property address. An embedded map and a bylaw reminder add the practical local detail.

The Brief
Letting a crew near a tree that leans over the house takes trust. The design had to show control and experience first, then make describing the job simple.
- Put hazardous removals and tight-space felling first, since those are the jobs where trust matters most.
- Explain six services in plain language, from sectional dismantling to spiral pruning and crown thinning.
- Make more than twenty years of experience memorable, instead of leaving it as a figure in a badge.
- Ask for the property address and the service needed, so each quote request arrives with the basics.
What We Designed
Three short sentences make up the headline: Big jobs. Tight spaces. No surprises. They sit in pale type on a dark band, with a free quote button and a call button that spells out the company's memorable number. A line of trust points below covers insurance and free, no-pressure quotes. From there the page runs through six services, the crew's story, a four-step process, recent work, the service area, customer comments and the quote form.
The why us section carries the central idea, under the heading Every ring is a year. We have rings to spare. A tree's growth rings stand in for the crew's two decades on the job, which says experience more memorably than a number can. Headings are set in Bricolage Grotesque for a sturdy, workmanlike voice, with Inter keeping the service descriptions easy to read. An amber accent on a warm cream ground stays close to the colour of fresh-cut timber.
Hazard-first services
Hazardous removal leads six services, with rigging and careful sectioning explained for trees that have no room to fall.
Growth-ring story
The why us section reads experience in tree rings, tying more than twenty years of work to the trees themselves.
Bylaw callout
A callout asks anyone thinking of removing a tree to check the local bylaw first, a useful step before requesting a quote.
Address-aware quote form
Name, phone, email, property address, a service dropdown and a message, plus spam protection to catch bots.
How We Achieved It
Two ways to act sit in the navigation: a call link that reads Call for a quote with the number written out, and a free quote button. Both return under the headline. The final section asks plainly whether there is a tree that needs to come down, and the quote form follows, so the page ends where a decision is made.
In the form, a dropdown for the service and a field for the property address mean the crew starts with the job type and the location. The form also has spam protection. An embedded map backs up the service area section, a skip link lets keyboard users jump straight to the content, and the page title names hazardous tree felling in Surrey for local search.
