Website Design Concept
Clover Valley Plumbing
Finding the cause of a problem, not just fixing the symptom, is the selling point of this concept for a family-owned plumbing company.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Clover Valley Plumbing. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Clover Valley Plumbing.
At a Glance
Family-owned since 2003, Clover Valley Plumbing serves homes and businesses across the valley, with emergency service around the clock. Method sits at the centre of this six-section concept: technicians who are licensed and background-checked, prices the customer approves before work begins, and tools such as video inspection and thermal imaging that find a problem without unnecessary demolition. A free estimate form closes the page.

The Brief
A hidden leak or a recurring clog only gets more expensive while someone guesses at it. The page needed to show a team that diagnoses carefully, agrees the price before it starts and still moves fast in an emergency.
- Show the diagnostic tools, from video inspection to thermal imaging, as evidence of careful work.
- Promise in the opening screen that customers approve the price before any work begins.
- Reassure families that every technician is licensed, insured and background-checked.
- Serve emergency callers and planned remodels on the same page without one crowding out the other.
What We Designed
Before the headline, visitors see the Clover Valley region named, weekday hours of seven to six and a 24/7 emergency flag. Set in white beneath an emergency label, the headline reads Expert Plumbing, Honest Service, with buttons for a free estimate and the services. Two cards sit in the hero, one on licensing and background checks and one on upfront pricing, followed by a band of figures and four badges.
The type is calm: DM Serif Display for headlines and Outfit for everything else. A warm off-white background, slate grey text and copper buttons keep the page approachable for families. The service cards explain method rather than list jobs: hydro jetting and video inspection for drains, electronic and thermal tools for hidden leaks, and trenchless work for sewer and main lines.
Leak detection
Electronic and thermal imaging tools that find leaks behind walls, under slabs and in irrigation lines.
Video drain inspection
Hydro jetting with video inspection, framed around finding the root cause of a clog rather than the symptom.
Price approval
A hero card promising no hidden fees, no surprises and a price the customer approves before work starts.
Remodel coordination
Rough-in and finish plumbing for renovations, coordinated with contractors to keep projects on schedule.
How We Achieved It
The order of sections moves from reassurance to method to proof: credentials and pricing in the hero, then the six services and how each is done, then a section on trust and results, then customer reviews. Services, Why Us, Reviews and Contact make up the menu, with Call Now as the button, so calling is the clearest option in it.
The page asks for the job twice near the end. A short band asks whether the visitor is ready to fix that plumbing problem, and the Request a Free Estimate form follows with name, phone, email, a service menu and a message. The footer adds services, company links including careers, and contact details, so the page works as a full introduction to the business.
