Website Design Concept
Vancouver Auto Haus
Buyers and service customers each get a clear way in on this concept for a family-owned Surrey dealership and NAPA Auto Care centre.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Vancouver Auto Haus. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Vancouver Auto Haus.
At a Glance
Vancouver Auto Haus combines a family-owned dealership for used and luxury vehicles with a NAPA Auto Care centre in Surrey that repairs all makes and models. Our seven-section concept keeps both sides in view: separate sales and service lines in the top bar, View Inventory and Schedule Service buttons under the headline, a band for warranty claims, ten services, and contact details with opening hours.

The Brief
Someone shopping for a used luxury car and someone who needs new brakes are on very different errands. Both had to come in through the same front door and find the right counter quickly.
- Split sales and service from the very top, with separate phone lines and separate buttons.
- Give warranty claims their own band near the top, with a clear button to start a claim.
- List ten services plainly, from brakes and diagnostics to glass repair and the car wash.
- Carry the family-owned message through the opening label, the headline and the about section.
What We Designed
Near-black, light grey and a racing red set the tone, with the red used for the Book Service button. Headings run in tall, condensed capitals, set in Bebas Neue and Barlow Condensed with Barlow for body copy, which gives the page the feel of a showroom after dark. The headline, Where every customer is treated like family, softens that hard edge with the message of a family-run business.
Right below the opening, a band invites anyone with a warranty to start a claim. The about section follows, covering the range of used and luxury vehicles, the NAPA Auto Care technicians and flexible financing, alongside a mission and a vision. Ten services, a section headed Expert service, honest pricing, dependable care, customer comments, contact details and a closing line, Drive with confidence, complete the page.
Two ways in
Sales and service each get their own phone line in the top bar and their own button under the headline.
Warranty claim band
A band near the top invites drivers with a warranty to call, with a button labelled Start My Warranty Claim.
Ten service listings
Brakes, oil and filters, rims and tires, diagnostics, engine and transmission work, car protection, the car wash, balancing and glass repair.
Footer with hours
Weekday and Saturday hours, both phone lines, email and quick links sit in the footer for anyone planning a visit.
How We Achieved It
Most routes through the page lead to one of two actions. Buyers find View Inventory under the headline and Inventory in the navigation; service customers find Schedule Service beside it and a red Book Service button at the end of the navigation. The split starts in the top bar, where the sales and service numbers are listed separately, so nobody waits on the wrong line.
There is no form in this concept, so contact runs through the two phone lines, email and social links listed in the top bar and again in the footer. The warranty band adds a third, specific path for drivers with a claim. Headings follow a clear order from about to services, reviews and contact, and the page title pairs the dealership's name with NAPA Auto Care for search.
