Website Design Concept

Crescent Park Plumbing

Deep navy and soft terracotta frame this concept for a family-owned plumbing and gasfitting team in South Surrey, written for homeowners and strata complexes alike.

Crescent Park Plumbing website concept homepage

This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Crescent Park Plumbing. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Crescent Park Plumbing.

At a Glance

Crescent Park Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing and gasfitting company that has served South Surrey, White Rock, Delta and the wider Lower Mainland since 2019. The one-page concept puts round-the-clock emergency help in its very first line, then covers nine services, discounts, the areas served and booking. It speaks to two audiences at once: a homeowner who has run out of hot water, and a strata complex that needs a dependable team with priority response.

The Brief

A burst pipe does not keep office hours, and on this page neither does the phone number. The page had to make a family firm feel dependable to homeowners and strata complexes from the first screen.

  • Put the emergency line for plumbing and gas above everything else, for people calling in the middle of a problem.
  • Show that one family-owned team handles both plumbing and gasfitting, from water heating to gas work.
  • Give strata complexes a reason to call, with priority response for every tenant they look after.
  • Make booking a technician one clear step, offered from the top of the page to the closing section.

What We Designed

A slim bar across the top carries the 24/7 emergency line for plumbing and gas. Below it, the hero sits on deep navy with warm cream type: a short line about serving South Surrey since 2019, the headline Expert Plumbing & Gasfitting You Can Trust, and two actions, schedule a technician or call. Three figures follow, then four trust cards on licensing, homes to strata complexes, fast response and honest quotes before work begins.

We paired DM Serif Display headlines with Outfit for the body, which gives a trade business some warmth without losing clarity. Soft terracotta buttons stand out against the navy. The service copy keeps a light, human tone; the toilet card even offers to retrieve the kids' toys. From there the page moves through a section headed Plumbing Is What We Do, plumbing and heating discounts, the areas served and a closing booking prompt.

Strata services

A dedicated card for complexes with many units, offering priority response for all of their tenants.

Nine service cards

Water heating, toilets, sewer lines, drains, strata work, hydro flushing, renovations, gas work and emergencies, each in plain language.

Emergency top bar

Round-the-clock plumbing and gas help sits above the navigation, so the number is the first thing anyone sees.

Hours in the footer

Weekday and Saturday hours, with Sunday kept for emergencies only, so customers know when to call.

How We Achieved It

We built the concept as a single page in seven sections, ordered the way a worried homeowner thinks: can they help now, can I trust them, do they do what I need, do they cover my area. The navigation follows that order with Services, About and Areas, and the phone number leads the menu.

Calls to action repeat without crowding each other. Schedule a Technician and the phone number share the hero, Request Service keeps its place as the button in the navigation, and the page closes on a booking section that asks whether the reader is ready to book. A discounts section sits before the service areas, giving a hesitant visitor one more reason to call.
