Website Design Concept
Brooke Valley Contracting
Its strongest promise, no deposits required, became the spine of this website concept for a Lambton County general contractor.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Brooke Valley Contracting. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Brooke Valley Contracting.
At a Glance
No deposits required is the promise at the centre of this website concept for Brooke Valley Contracting, a general contractor in Lambton County working on renovations, additions and new builds across Southwestern Ontario. We designed a seven-section page that explains the payment model early, then presents the company story, four services, frequently asked questions, verified reviews, community partners, careers and a contact form.

The Brief
Renovation buyers often worry about paying up front for work that has not started. The page had to turn that worry into the main reason to call this company.
- Put the no deposits required promise in the headline area and give it a section of its own.
- Back the promise with experience, liability coverage, licensing and verified reviews.
- Present bathrooms, kitchens, exteriors and general building as four clear services.
- Show the company's place in its community and invite tradespeople to join the team.
What We Designed
A classic serif sets the tone: Building your vision. appears in DM Serif Display, warm cream on near-black, with Outfit for the body text and a soft clay tone on the quote buttons. The serif gives the page a settled, established feel that suits a firm with over two decades behind it. An announcement bar across the top repeats no deposits required before the visitor even reaches the headline.
Under the headline, three figures set the terms: years of experience, liability coverage and zero deposits. A row of badges follows for licensing and insurance, HomeStars verification, residential and commercial work, and permit management. The story section introduces the firm, a dedicated section explains the incremental payment method, and the page continues through services, questions, verified reviews, community partners, careers and start your project.
No deposits section
A section of its own explains that the company covers materials and labour up front and is paid in increments once work is completed.
Free site visit
A book a free site visit button in the story section gives cautious buyers a low-commitment first step.
Community and careers
Menu items for community and careers show a firm rooted in its area and open to new tradespeople.
Address on the form
The contact form asks for an address alongside name, phone, email and message, so a site visit can be planned.
How We Achieved It
We let the payment model do the persuading. It appears in the announcement bar, the hero, the figures and its own section, so no visitor can miss it, while the badge row that follows adds licensing, insurance, permit management and HomeStars verification. The questions section then handles the practical matters that remain before someone picks up the phone.
In the hero, the phone number sits beside an explore services button, and a get a quote button closes the menu, which also links to the story, services, questions, community and careers. The footer adds links to Bids & Tenders and to HomeStars, the platform behind the page's verified badge.
