Website Design Concept

Electric Hero

A brand-forward website concept for Greater Vancouver electricians, where the name, the phone number and the headline all play on the idea of a hero.

Electric Hero website concept homepage

This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Electric Hero. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Electric Hero.

At a Glance

We took the name Electric Hero at its word in this one-page website concept for a residential and commercial electrical company in Greater Vancouver. The headline calls the team Greater Vancouver's electric heroes, and the phone number in the menu ends in HERO. Below that sit a grid of nine services, an about section, client reviews, the areas served and a closing call to power your project.

The Brief

A memorable name is an asset only if the page carries it through. This one had to turn Electric Hero into a reason to remember the number, then show the full range of work behind it.

  • Build the opening screen around the brand name so the company is easy to recall later.
  • Show the full range of work, from new construction to hot tub wiring, in one scannable grid.
  • Offer two next steps from the opening screen: book an appointment or browse the services.
  • Reassure visitors early with licensing, bonding, free estimates and same-day service.

What We Designed

White Bebas Neue capitals on near-black spell out the headline, Greater Vancouver's electric heroes, with a small line above it reading licensed, insured and bonded. Barlow carries the supporting copy, and a bright yellow free estimate button stands out in the menu. The phone number is written so that it ends in HERO, which turns the brand into a memory aid every time the number appears.

Below the opening, a row of reassurances (licensed and insured, free estimates, same-day service, an experienced team) leads into the services grid. Nine cards cover new construction, repairs, lighting, solar, EV chargers, heating and thermostats, special equipment, renovations and panel upgrades, and a tenth card invites visitors to view everything. The page then moves through who we are, client reviews and service areas before the closing question: ready to power your project?

Name as memory aid

The headline and the phone number both carry the hero idea, so the brand is easy to recall when the power fails.

Nine-card service grid

Each service gets a card and a short line, with a tenth card pointing to the complete range.

Specialty hookups

A special equipment card covers hot tub wiring, pool equipment and shop tools, alongside the everyday repairs.

Two-step opening

Book appointment and our services sit together under the headline, one for the ready and one for the curious.

How We Achieved It

We kept the first decision simple. A visitor who already knows they need an electrician can book an appointment from the opening screen, and one who is still exploring can drop straight into the services. A free estimate button stays in the menu beside the phone number, and a book appointment link is repeated in the footer for anyone who reads to the end.

Short service descriptions keep the grid even, so nine kinds of work read as one tidy block rather than a wall of text. Solar, heating and EV charging sit beside panel upgrades and repairs, which positions the company for both everyday calls and planned upgrades. The footer repeats the services, the main pages and the contact details, giving a second route around the site.
