Website Design Concept

LMRM Roofing

Designed for a Lower Mainland roofer, this concept turns interest in a new roof, a repair or a replacement into a detailed estimate request.

LMRM Roofing website concept homepage

This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for LMRM Roofing. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with LMRM Roofing.

At a Glance

LMRM Roofing covers residential, commercial and industrial roofing in the Lower Mainland. We designed a one-page website concept that opens on a three-word promise, Built to protect., then presents three services, three reasons to choose the company, reviews and a free estimate form. The palette is near-black with cool grey text and a burnt copper accent, and a short LMRM. wordmark keeps the brand compact.

The Brief

A roof is a large, infrequent purchase, so buyers want to know who they are dealing with and what happens next. The page had to answer both quickly and make asking for an estimate easy.

  • Lead with protection, the one thing every roof buyer is paying for.
  • Separate commercial, residential, and repair and replacement work so each buyer finds their line.
  • Answer the usual doubts about certification, punctuality and price in three short points.
  • Collect enough detail in the estimate form to understand the job before the first call.

What We Designed

Three words make the headline: Built to protect., set in Bebas Neue capitals on a near-black ground. Cool grey body text in DM Sans keeps the page calm, while a burnt copper accent marks the free estimate button in the menu. The wordmark is simply LMRM with a full stop, a confident, compact signature that sits easily beside the services, about, reviews and contact links.

The page moves from three services (commercial roofing, residential roofing, and repair and replacement) to three reasons to choose the company: certified experts, always on time and affordable packages. Reviews come next, followed by the free estimate form. The footer sums up the company's experience, materials and service in a short description and lists roof repair and roof replacement as separate services.

Detailed estimate form

First and last name, email, phone, a service menu and a message give enough to scope a roofing job.

Three service lines

Commercial roofing, residential roofing, and repair and replacement each get a block of their own.

Three assurances

Certified experts, always on time and affordable packages answer the common concerns in a few words each.

Compact wordmark

LMRM with a full stop keeps the brand short and memorable in the menu and the footer.

How We Achieved It

The estimate form is where the page earns its keep. Separate first and last name fields and a service menu mean each enquiry arrives with a full name to reply to and a label for the kind of work needed. The message field then leaves room for anything the menu does not cover, so the first conversation can start from specifics.

The menu stays short, with free estimate as the one highlighted button, so the path to a quote is never in doubt. Condensed headings and short blocks make the page quick to scan, and the footer repeats the company and service links. Its description of the business as serving residential, commercial and industrial jobs carries the full range without crowding the opening.
