The Brief
City life leaves little room for long routines, so the job we set ourselves was to break healthy living into small moves that fit a commute or a working day. The site then had to make fifty of them easy to browse, sort and act on.
- Turn wellness advice into short, numbered tips that suit a commute, a desk and a busy city schedule.
- Group the tips under five clear pillars so readers can go straight to what they need.
- Let readers filter the full collection and open a longer guide for any tip.
- Invite readers to subscribe and to start a conversation through the contact form.
What We Designed
Under the heading Wellness for Urban Living, the opening screen states its offer in three counters: 50 curated tips, five categories and, with a wink, infinite better days. A ribbon of themes, from mindfulness and sustainability to productivity, runs beneath it. The Five Pillars of Urban Wellness come next, then a short philosophy quote about thriving within the city rather than escaping it, then the full collection.
The type mixes three faces: Playfair Display, a classic serif, DM Sans for easy reading and Space Mono, a monospaced face with a practical, notebook quality. We kept the palette to warm cream, near-black text and a deep olive green accent, a park green that suits advice about finding calm among concrete. Each pillar carries an emoji marker and a one-line purpose, which keeps the categories quick to tell apart.
Filterable tip collection
Filters narrow the 50 tips to mind, body, food, environment or work-life in one click.
Full tip guides
Every tip opens a longer guide on the same page, without losing the reader's place in the collection.
Five pillars
Mind, fitness, eating, environment and work-life balance, each introduced with a one-line purpose.
City-specific advice
Tips such as mindful commuting, using green spaces and desk micro-exercises are written around urban routines.
How We Achieved It
All 50 tips sit in one numbered collection with filters for All Tips, Mind, Body, Food, Environment and Work-Life. Each card gives the tip, a short summary and its pillar, and Read full guide opens the longer version. The collection stays easy to scan while the depth is one tap away, whether the tip is the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique or walking during phone calls.
The navigation leads to Categories, All Tips, About and Contact, and ends with Subscribe. The newsletter signup and the Let's Start a Conversation contact form are protected against spam with Google reCAPTCHA. The legal notice, privacy policy, terms of use, cookie settings and accessibility statement open as footer overlays, and the page carries structured data, a meta description and a sharing image for search and social.
