Website Design Concept
Grove Plumbing & Heating
A hometown website concept for a South Delta plumbing and heating company, written for neighbours in Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Grove Plumbing & Heating. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Grove Plumbing & Heating.
At a Glance
Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta are home ground for Grove Plumbing & Heating, which offers Red Seal certified plumbing, heating, gas fitting and drain cleaning. Our six-section concept leans on those local roots: an about section on a founder born and raised in South Delta, three service columns with detailed lists, four plain promises, and a booking section that sets contact details out with a short form.

The Brief
In a close community, people want to know who is behind a business before they invite it into the house. Visitors needed that answer first, then a view of the full range of work a household might need.
- Name Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta in the hero, so local visitors know at once they are in the right place.
- Introduce the person behind the business through a story rooted in the neighbourhood.
- Show that heating and gas work reaches outdoors too, from BBQ boxes and patio heaters to fire pits.
- Close with every way to get in touch: phone, email, hours, location and a short form.
What We Designed
The hero opens with a small line, South Delta's Trusted Plumbing Experts, then the headline Let Our Solutions Set Your Mind at Ease in white. One sentence names the trades and the three communities, and two buttons offer a call or a service request, with a scroll cue below. Four short promises follow: Red Seal certification, 24-hour emergency help, a satisfaction guarantee and upfront pricing with no hidden costs.
We used DM Serif Display for headlines and Source Sans 3 for the text, a pairing that feels grounded rather than corporate. Warm cream backgrounds and copper buttons keep the palette homely. The about section ties the business to the neighbourhood its founder grew up in, and closes on a short line about doing the right thing when no one is watching, which suits the story before it.
Three service columns
Plumbing, heating and gas, and drain cleaning, each with a list of specific jobs, from garburators to propane conversions.
Outdoor gas work
Gas BBQ boxes, patio heaters, outdoor kitchens and fire pits listed alongside furnaces, boilers and fireplaces.
Local story
An about section on a founder born and raised in South Delta who started the business to serve that community.
Contact panel
Phone, email, hours and location set out with the booking form, so visitors can choose how to reach the team.
How We Achieved It
Place names do a lot of work on this page. Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta appear in the hero and in the meta description, and a section called Proudly Serving South Delta sets out the area, giving people and search engines the same clear signal about where the team works. The navigation keeps to About, Services, Service Areas and Contact, with the phone number as the button.
The booking section, Book a Service Call, gives the form a service menu and a message field, while contact details sit alongside for anyone who would rather phone or email. Calls to action stay consistent throughout: call, or request service. Emergency availability appears in the hero and again in What Sets Us Apart, so urgent callers meet it more than once before they reach the form.
