Website Design Concept
Holland Plumbing
Round-the-clock plumbing for Metro Vancouver, with Red Seal credentials up front and a booking form at the close: our concept for Holland Plumbing.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Holland Plumbing. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Holland Plumbing.
At a Glance
Red Seal certified and open around the clock, Holland Plumbing is a family business serving Metro Vancouver and the Sea-to-Sky. The seven-section concept speaks to homeowners, strata managers and contractors at once. It sets out six services, including heating, gas fitting and backflow testing, tells how the company grew from a one-van operation, and gives emergencies a band of their own before the booking form.

The Brief
Some plumbing jobs can wait for next week; a burst pipe in the middle of the night cannot. The concept had to serve both, and show strata managers and contractors, as well as homeowners, that the team is qualified.
- Make the 24/7 promise and the phone number visible before any other content.
- Show Red Seal certification and accreditation early, for strata managers and contractors as well as homeowners.
- List all six services, from drain cleaning to backflow testing, under a single Services menu.
- Offer two routes in: an emergency band for urgent calls and a booking form for planned work.
What We Designed
Open 24/7 is the first thing the page says, in a top line that names Metro Vancouver and the Sea-to-Sky beside the phone and email. The hero sets the headline, Vancouver's Most Reliable Plumbing Team, in Playfair Display under a small line on Red Seal certification. A stats panel headed Why Homeowners Choose Us follows, with years in business, rating, emergency response and active service vans, then a row of credential badges.
White sections and dark navy text keep the page clean, and amber buttons carry every call to action. DM Sans handles the body copy and the six service cards, each ending in a Learn more prompt. The story section, A Family Business Built on Trust, explains the growth from a single van, followed by what sets the team apart, customer reviews, the areas served and an emergency band before the form.
Services dropdown
Plumbing, drain cleaning, service calls, heating, gas fitting and backflow testing gathered under one menu item.
Stats panel
Years in business, rating, emergency response and active service vans, grouped under one heading just below the hero buttons.
Backflow testing
Installation, testing and annual inspection of backflow prevention devices, presented alongside the everyday services.
Emergency band
A section near the end for urgent calls, promising help right now and putting the phone number first.
How We Achieved It
We structured the page so that planned work and emergencies never compete for attention. The navigation carries a Services dropdown, Reviews, Areas and a Schedule Service button, while the phone number in the hero and the late emergency band handle anyone who cannot wait. The six service cards stay brief, so the page reads quickly from top to bottom.
The form at the close, Send Us a Message, asks for name, phone, email, a service chosen from a menu and a description of the problem, so the team knows the job before calling back. The footer repeats the services, company links and contact details, giving a visitor who reaches the end the same choices they had at the top.
